COVID-19: LASU Suspends Jumah Service At Central Mosque

 The management of the Lagos State University (LASU) has suspended Jumah service at the institution's Central Mosque in a bid to avoid crowded gathering as part of efforts to tame the spread of the novel coronavirus pandemic in the state. 

A Multi-Award Winning Poet. He hails from Babanla, Kwara State Nigeria. He writes within the axial stream of poetry, prose, essaying and whatnot. A lover of nature, realms and mysticism, who enjoys reading, promoting literary engagements, community development and youth advocacy. He is an alumnus of the University of Ilorin, and a Member of the Historical Society of Nigeria (HSN).

  About 29 million telecom users are yet to link their National Identity Numbers to their SIM cards even as the first deadline given to subscribers expires Tuesday. A top federal government official told  Daily Trust  on Monday that about 176m SIM cards had been linked to their owners’ NINs.
